Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 5 apples
- ½ cup raisins
- 1 lemon, grated and squeezed
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
Procedure:
1) Peel the apples and dice them in a bowl with lemon juice so they do not blacken.
2) Separately beat the eggs with the cinnamon and grated lemon peel, then add the raisins and apples with the lemon juice.
3) Once a smooth mixture is obtained, pour onto a baking sheet previously covered with greaseproof paper.
4) Bake at 180° for 20 minutes.
5) Once taken out of the oven and left to cool, dust with powdered sugar and, if desired, more cinnamon.
