Stuffed roll

Ingredients:


- 200 gr 00 flour
- 60 gr of bitter cocoa
- 190 gr of caster sugar
- 2 eggs
- 100 ml seed oil
- 200 ml whole milk
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- Grated peel of 1 orange
- Juice of 1 orange
- Powdered sugar

Preparation:


1) In a bowl combine the eggs, seed oil, milk, juice and grated orange peel.

2) Mix everything together with a whisk or spoon.

3) Add the flour, sugar, cocoa, and baking powder and mix vigorously until the mixture is smooth.

4) Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured 24-cm-diameter baking dish or lined with baking paper.

5) Bake in a preheated, static oven at 180° for about 30 to 35 minutes.

6) Once baked, let cool and dust with powdered sugar.
